When local journalists discussed with Ram Lal Dhivar, Sub-Divisional Officer of Water Resources Department, he said that the permission to empty the water up to 5 feet was given orally but till now he has emptied the water up to 10 feet. When the officers of the department called the Inspector, he did not receive the phone.

    Food Inspector said- the phone was expensive so got the dam vacated

    When India TV correspondent Sikandar Khan spoke to Food Inspector Rajesh Vishwas in this regard, he said that the water of Paralkot Dam is not used and I had talked to the SDO of Water Resources, he also said that the water of the dam is not used. Water is not usable. You can remove water up to 3-4 feet. After which the water has been pumped out up to 5 feet. Inspector said that while taking a selfie, my phone slipped from my hand and fell into the dam. Received the phone today. The divers were trying continuously but could not find the stone inside. He further told that Samsung company had S series phone which cost around 96 thousand rupees.

    Food minister said to take action against the officer

    The matter of emptying the Kherkatta Paralkot Dam located in Pakhanjoor of Kanker district to get the phone of Food Inspector in the state seems to be gaining momentum. Food Minister Amarjit Bhagat said that the matter has come to the notice now, action will be taken.
